KAYA Forum is where people come to speak their mind, to talk about whatever subject is on their mind. We do promote free speech on this forum, however, like any open forum there are rules to KAYA forums. If the Administrators and Moderators of this forum see that rules have been violated, the post will be removed without notice. If the post comes back, the posting member will be banned from this website perminantly. So, please repect others and abide by the following forum rules:

-=KAYA FORUM RULES OF CONDUCT=-
1 By becoming a Member of KAYA Forum you agree to abide by the following rules, and adhere to and respect the Moderators and Administrators who enforce them.
Most importantly, remember that we want this to be a family-friendly place to visit. Please maintain a Christ-like example at all times. Forums are great for getting information out. They are not useful for unity in KAYA or even being productive in the following circumstances, Thank You.
2. Problem Behavior
Member will avoid the following list of behaviors.
3 Gossip about anyone or group. Please refrain from talking bad about any person, group, polical party, or a country in any respect.
4. Unsupported Negative Allegations.
5. Flame Wars: when a thread becomes too heated and/or a discussion loses all objectivity and disolves into hurling insults. (see MEMBER BANNING, below).
6. Controversial Theology: Promotion of false or heretical teachings is not allowed. For making this determination, we will always refer to the Bible as the source of all truth.
7. Obscenity: Absolutely NO curse words. Not even words that could offend someone. If you think it could be offensive, then DON'T SAY IT.
8. Criticism of a Person.
9. Spam: intentional, unsolicited advertisements. This is a community, not for your company unless it's ministry related and you get the moderator's permission first.
10. No Redeeming Value: any post that exists to "air dirty laundry" or immature, obnoxious behavior that makes no point with any logic, value, or coherence. Or just posting to waste bandwidth.
11. Name Calling: Simply put, don't call people names. Rude comments of any sort directed at another member are not allowed, whether they be obvious or indirect and infered.
12. Lies, conjecture, or heresay: any falsehood stated about anyone else, major or minor will show one strike and your out.
13. Privacy violations: You shall in no way ever violate the privacy of another person, be it another member of the forum, or even someone not a part of the forum. What is said in a PM or MSN stays between the 2 people unless permission is granted to share with a 3rd party.
14. Also, no personal information shall ever be given by anyone other than the person themself.
15. If you use a private message, email, screenshot, or other unsubstantiated material, you will be banned. This forum is about truth, not vengence.
16. Bad Netiquette: intentionally posting in a manner that is considered rude on the net. (If it is done out of ignorance, that is one thing and we will be happy to explain the situation.) This includes everything from posting messages in extra large fonts, all caps, and all bold. All of this is considered to be rude, online; essentially it is like shouting at someone instead of simply talking to them.

17. Consequences: Editing, Merging, Locking, and Deleting, of posts and threads. They are considered in that order, depending on the ability to salvage the existence of a thread or particular post. These are at the moderators discretion. Merging takes existing threads on the same topic and puts them all into one.
Discipline and control are the staff's responsibility. If you see posts which are offensive to you please use the report a post function; do not take matters into your own hands. That may only result in escalating the situation and cause you to also recieve a warning in the process. Get ahold of a command staff person to deal with it. Abihu, Himoversin, Knight_4_Him, Freegrace, etc. will help you.
18. Predatory Behavior
KAYA Staff reserve the right to take action when a member uses the KAYA Forums as the basis to form relationships and familiarity with other members in order to attempt inappropriate interaction outside of KAYA Forums (e.g. email, instant messanging, other chatrooms, etc).
KAYA Forums has a zero-tolerance policy on this issue; if you are a victim of an inappropriate advance -- either directly through this site or through a relationship that someone formed with you on this site -- please contact a moderator or administrator immediately. Action will be taken and your identity will remain in strict confidence.
19. MEMBER BANNING
If a Forum Member wantonly and intentionally engages in behavior that is inappropriate as part of the above rules, he or she will receive a warning about their behavior. They will be banned from accessing the KAYA Forums when deemed necessary. Inappropriate behavior as mentioned above is defined as willing, unrepentant, unchanging violation of any of the above rules. Let's love one another, not use hate or hurt for forums are not the place to do it.
20. HARASSING MODERATORS
If you do this... you are gone instantly.
21. DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS
Due to the sheer size of this message board, each user is allowed only 1 account. Please do not create additional names. It helps keep our costs down and our speed up.
